The President and CEO deals with the Company's
day-to-day management in accordance with the Finnish Companies Act and the
instructions and orders issued by the Board of Directors, ensures that the Company's
accounting practices comply with the law, and that the financial administration
and management is reliably organized. The President and CEO gives the Board and
its members all the information necessary for the Board to perform its duties.
The President and CEO is Jarmo Tanhua (born
1965).
The President and CEO does not own any shares
in the Company.
